We have a category in our Department report called Broken Promise which highlights calls where a caller states... "someone promised to do something (call, email, send, ect) and they didnt" These are high priority calls for dealerships. These calls give dealerships insight into callers who would be most likely to give them bad reviews online and bad CSI scores and at the same time are hot leads because the customer must really want to do business with them if they are calling again to say no one called but can you help me. The idea is to add a box to the action dash that says Broken Promise calls and put a link to these calls so they are quick and easy to find for the dealers
