Key word alerts

I have a store that wants to see who is getting key word alerts. Currently there is no way to view that quickly. There is over 700 Key words set up so I'd have to manually go into each key word to view.

Used car dealerships should only have "Used" department when calls get classified

When the dealer is pulling reporting, they are having "New" car calls, even though the transcripts state the older years of the vehicle on the call. We should be able to remove the department classification on the back end.
