Client would like to be able to create a report once and then add it to favorites so it is stored in a menu option called favorites where they can then go and run that report easily without having to recreate it each time. Example would be running the calls by caller number report from the custom reports in tracking menu and setting up with a daily time filter. Once it is run the client could save it as a favorite, give it a title and it would go into a menu option called favorites where the client could just click that report from there instead of going into tracking, customer and chosing all the options again.
