Dealers coming from CallSource are complaining that they don't get a daily recap report for Outbound Calls. It seems like this could be integrated into the Fix The Phone Report.
this request was also made by Morgan Auto Group based on the regional director wanting to see Outbound calls made by his stores (multi) and the employees at those stores to assure they were meeting their goals and making the required outbound calls. They asked for a weekly or daily emailed report of outbound calls made for a group of stores within the group to go to each of the regional directors. There is a stong focus on outbound calls.
