Customers are requesting the ability to have an api to allow customers to create or edit roster entries without having to come into the system to update.
What automation does CallRevu have available for roster updates, to add/remove employee/users? I want to know if we can automate updating our roster list with CallRevu.
Is this something we could standardize with a batch file drop to CallRevu sftp?
i.e. have customer drop standardized roster file to CallRevu sftp and CR process will pick up file automatically to add/remove users.
