Outbound Dashboard include a total talk time

From a Customer Subaru of North Tampa about they outbound report they are wondering if you could integrate a "Total Talk Time" tab alongside the average duration tab? That way we can see how long a rep has spent on the phone for the day.


This would be line by line for each agent
