Dealers that are doing self admin of their roster have requested that if someone is deleted from the roster, has a title or name change, the portal log in page should reflect these changes. Currently, the dealer has to make the roster update and then send the changes to support to have the updates made to the portal log in. More and more dealers are having their agents log in as employees so they can self admin their calls and see their report card.
While we understand the desire to allow roster edits to take effect on the related portal logins (i.e. users), this is not something we are going to be able to support. The issue here is that rosters and portal logins were created as separate concepts and there is a one-to-many relationship between portal logins and roster entries. This would make it very complicated to allow editing of one record type to affect the other type.
