Home Page has Appt Goal at the top of the page that changes depending on the departments you have selected but the Reached Agent Goal is 98% ALL the time. The math doesn't equal up. The Best of The Best for Calls that didn't reach agent is 11%, so based on math it should be 89% not 98%. I have had a few customers upset because we say GOAL not Best of Best, so it feels like this is the expectation not here is what the Best stores do.
