For enterrpise level users such as exec and directors of groups it would be great to have a way that their logins are automatically updated to add any new stores to their logins when the store is added to the group identifier. Example - ABDE Motors purchases a new store. The store is added to the ABDE Group ID in CR360. Have all Enterprise level logins - users who need access to all stores have this store automatically added to their login profile. Create an Enterprise level login flag that pulls stores from the Group ID(s) vs. individual store adds.
We need to bring a refocus to this idea. I have had several large groups (Canada One, Mile One, Morgan Auto) all stating a need for this type of enterprise login. We had recently where executive logins were removed from a store through the self-admin thus wiping out their access. If there were enterprise-level logins that the store-level admins could not edit this would resolve that issue. The other issue that has come up is when a new store is added to a group or a store is removed from a group - having to make sure all the enterprise multi-store level logins are updated is a difficult task especially when some of these groups have many enterprise level logins to recall who gets what. If we had logins tied to the Dealer Grouping and not tied to the stores this would resolve some of the issues that have occurred recently.
