Fix the Phones

Just thinking ahead, once we move to Sales Vision Pro, the Fix the PHones report will be obsolete. With Service moving, there is nothing on that report. You have two versions, one for single point stores and a consolidated version for groups. it allows the recipient to view as a group or indepent stores on just key areas from the Action Dash. We don't have anything like that currently for Fixed Ops. The only options would be the comp report which can be sent daily but can't access call data or the scheduled report which just takes them to the dashboard where they have to potentially filter departments and/or stores. that may be easy for single point stores but would be difficult at the higher executive level. I have several group leaders that view this report from their phone or computer while at home before coming.
