Data Mining Integration

When I worked at Paragon Acura using the tool daily, the one thing I really wished the tool had was an integration with AutoAlert (data mining tool). The ability to now train on and monitor calls coupled with an integration that would show if someone is a lease customer with 2 payments left that is a possible CSI issue at a service department would be game changing. I know in a previous meeting someone asked about us potentially being able to pull data from the Dealers DMS to see if a customer has sold or not - that would be helpful, but not nearly as helpful as showing the potential of the sale, not just the opportunity for the appointment. An integration with data mining tools would make way for alerts like "Lease Retention" or "Payment Drop Potential" that would make our tool more of a one-stop-shop for all dealership needs.
