Outbound Call access for Service Vision Pro Customer

We had a dealer with GTC that is a Service Vision Pro only customer. They could not see their outbound call data and needed the audio for legal reasons. They weren't able to access the call because Outbound calls aren't on Service Vision Pro menu. (Harrell's service center is the customer)
