Allow SalesVision > Dashboard > Outbound > All Calls Report to toggle between Number of Calls and Percentages

Currently you need to include the percentage column for Appointments Set. Adding a percentage toggle will allow for users to see the percentages of data for more than only the Appointments, to include the percentage of Voicemails, Connected Calls, Appointments Requested, and the Appointments Set.
