Verifying if outbound calls are to a valid number and removing outbound calls under 1 minute

Alot of agents make calls to bad numbers as a way to help their outbound call stats. If we verify carriers for inbound calls customer would like us to do the same for outbound calls to make sure agents are actually calls to valid customers. Also focusing on the meat and potatoes calls of calls over 1 minute not just 30 seconds
