CarWars has this feature and therfore it is an AMSI client request
In Carwars when looking at a call detail there is a button or link that says open in eleads and when the user clicks this the customer record with the call opens in eleads. Client really likes this feature because they can easily go to the record in eleads of the call and from eleads to the call in CarWars.
Morgan Group feedback at the meeting is that this helps managers get to the call in the CRM faster allowing them to make quicker decisions based on what has or has not been done to follow up with the client and then close the alert more effectively
This came up again at our Morgan Meeting. The client says this feature is significant for them and is pushing us to get it. They would like to see this added to our SalesVision call details and our alerts. See attached email from the client.
The feature would also help with allowing the user to see which calls were pushed to the CRM
