identify a call as Spanish language in the call summary when not transcribed

If a call is not transcribed (summarized) due to it being a Spanish call and the customer does not pay for Spanish transcriptions please identify in the call summary Spanish Language so that the client and CallRevu team can quickly identify why it was not transcribed.
