Add Filter Capability for Tracking > Custom Report to Filter by Department

The ability to filter by Department for the Tracking > Custom Report will allow users to determine how many Unique Callers were made as a total for each individual department. As well as doing more analysis on other data points available within the Custom Report tool. The Departments are there, but they do not filter the content at this time.

    The reports in the custom filter section can be filtered by department.
