Include the Unidentified Agent in the Employee Details Report

Managers would like to be able to view the Unidentified Agent in the Employee Details Report. This will allow them to track the calls that were set as Unidentified Agent inside of the Employee Details Report and see if any of the metrics for employees were done for the Unidentified Agent calls.
