Allow SalesVision > Tracking Custom Reports to View More Than 10 Lines at a Time
Allow users to select 10, 25, 50, 100, All lines on one page. Currently only able to view 10. This will allow users to select how many they see at one time and gives them more control of how they can interact with the page.
When exporting the Outbound Report in SalesVision it does not provide a Total line. This was a feature in crclient that was beneficial to the Managers.
Display Number of Opportunity Calls in Employee > Employee Performance Report Cards
When viewing the Employee Report Card include the number of Opportunity Calls. This will make it easier for the managers to view what their sales people are doing.
Add Percentage Score to Employee Score Cards in Employee > Employee Performance
Add a percentage score to allow to more easily compare agents to one another. This will provide clients a faster and more accurate way to display individual differences.
Phrasing for Percentage Changes In Department Goals And Ranking Confusing
Within SalesVision > Department > Department Goals % Ranking reword the previous month percentage to be easier to understand. Perhaps stating: Previous Month XX%. Monthly Goal XX%.
Add a Percentage Symbol to the "Best of the Best" in Department Phone Handling
Provide a percentage symbol in the Phone Handling section for Best of the Best. This was provided in CRClient and helped dealers better understand what the numbers were representing.
Color Separation Between Total Calls and Phone Up in Employee Performance
