Provisioning Numbers for Shaken Stir Process

Currently, when choosing a new number. Our system only takes into account the area code. For Inbound numbers, this isn't so much of a big deal but it's a bigger deal for the Shaken Stir process. Some of the numbers are an hour or more away from the dealership and since the Caller ID info is dependent on the carrier and it doesn't always show what we've ask them to display, it will show the city name. This part is confusing for customers to get a call from a city they aren't anticipating a call from. Could our system take into account the area code and exchange to select numbers that are closer?
