With the Trusted dealer set up, we are setting up lines to display on click to calll that ring directly to sales people and Managers cell phones. When support creates new lines, they automatically set up a line test to run. That line test runs at 4am EST. I had a dealer Central time that his whole staff all got a 3am call from CallRevu. To say the least, they were not happy about that. We need to have some kind of set up that excludes certain lines from being included in the line test. If we are setting up shaken/stir lines, they may have to be called manually to test the connectivity.
