Full keyboard usability support in the app

While working on a laptop, for example, it can be difficult to use some of the drop down boxes - for example in the Roster page. Using a mouse, it's works well, but if you aren't it's a struggle. You can't type the name in and the scroll bar only appears if scrolling using the mouse. You can't use the keyboard arrows.
