Additional Category's Added To Outbound Report Merged

Customer at World Car Nissan Hyundai North would like the Outbound Call Details report to include a few additional columns to choose from for each individual agent. Customer would like to see during that call, if an appointment was requested, and appointment set, and also be able to include the specified agents inbound calls well for that timeframe chosen.
