Single report - combine inbound/outbound employee performance

Total Employee Performance report that shows inbound and outbound performance and volume by employee on one dashboard or report. Client would like to see reports that show an employee's total performance on both inbound and outbound calls on one report(s). Managers want to see how the employee is doing with inbound and outbound in one place and how many calls is employee handling/making in total.

    CarWars has a report that shows both inbound and outbound data by employee on one report that is set up to be live refreshed and scrolls on the screen. Morgan auto group uses this report and puts it on a big screen in their BDCs so that all day they can all see where they rank amongst the team on performance volume and outcomes (appts set)
