Improve Outbound Report

The text column is always zero's. I'm not sure if that was going to be a thing and just never happened, but if it doesn't serve a purpose, it should be removed. It would be nice to have a connection %.

THIS IS A BUG: There is a Best Connectivity Day color for the Calls by Day of the Week but that doesn't seem to work. I have several dealers ask for the best connection time. In order to do that, I have to export it and calculate by hour and it's extremely time consuming.
