Users would like to be able to run a search for both Outbound and Inbound calls at one time without having to run a report. This would allow them to see people who called in and then had a call back, as well as for dealers that left messages and got a customer to call them back.

"As a manager I would like to find the history of all calls from a particular caller over time without having to run a report of all callers. Allow the manager to search for the history of just one caller number even if calls are not summarized. History should show inbound and outbound calls for that caller number."
