We had this previously several months ago. The Transcriptions are a bit cumbersome and take up the whole screen so it is slightly difficult to scan for specific things that were previously easier in the old portal because several transcriptions fit on one page in the old portal. Especially working on Abandons. I can use key words in their IVR to see what prompt the calls are getting stopped at. I had one group that send their calls out to a call center and based on the disclaimer that played, I could specifically sort these calls.
