Enterprise Report to see Pure Appt Set across all stores
Client would like to have a report that shows the PURE appt set % and set #s across multiple stores in one report. An enterprise report where they could see store KPI stats in one report and includes the PURE appt set % and # of set appts
While on client site showing CR2.0 the feedback provided is that they would like to not have scroll left and right to see all the columns but all on one screen so they can take a screenshot and all data shows.

Bold and Darken Fonts in SalesVision > Department Report > Phone Handling - Connected Calls
Instead of having a lighter grey shade for different answers within the Phone Handling section make the questions bold/larger and make the grey black. This will make it easier to read and allow Managers to more easily read the information.

Add a search bar in the Step 2 section of the Tracking > Custom Reports of SalesVision. This will enable customers to more easily select sources for the report.
Show "No Connections" by hour/day/week/month on Staffing Report
Showing no connect calls will provide users more context for establishing their staffing plans, which will lead to fewer missed calls and better customer service.
Provide Missing Calls report from CI for SalesVision
Either provide the Missing Calls report from CI to SalesVision or provide a separate report in SalesVision to enable users to view Missed Call insights.
