Add Headers and Titles to the Percentage Columns in Employee > Employee Details

Add the titles in the headers for all the percentages in the Employee > Employee Details page. This will cause less confusion to the user. Currently it is a guessing game to decide which column goes where for the user to setup.

Client would like to have a report that shows the PURE appt set % and set #s across multiple stores in one report. An enterprise report where they could see store KPI stats in one report and includes the PURE appt set % and # of set appts

While on client site showing CR2.0 the feedback provided is that they would like to not have scroll left and right to see all the columns but all on one screen so they can take a screenshot and all data shows.

Bold and Darken Fonts in SalesVision > Department Report > Phone Handling - Connected Calls

Instead of having a lighter grey shade for different answers within the Phone Handling section make the questions bold/larger and make the grey black. This will make it easier to read and allow Managers to more easily read the information.

Search Tool for Tracking > Custom Reports

Add a search bar in the Step 2 section of the Tracking > Custom Reports of SalesVision. This will enable customers to more easily select sources for the report.
